Hello PAMS Families,

On behalf of the Princess Anne Middle School PTA, I would like to welcome everyone to the 2011-2012 school year. It is always an exciting time of year!

As many of you already know, PAMS is an outstanding school filled with caring and dedicated staff, faculty, administrators, and volunteers who work together to create the best possible learning environment for your child. The role of the PAMS PTA is to assist the school in sustaining this environment and provide enhanced educational opportunities.

Our PTA is striving to be the first middle school PTA to reach 100% membership so that we can have the promise of a successful year. Our volunteer and fund raising activities support our teachers, counselors, school technology and upgrades, assembly programs, and much more. The price for membership is $5.00 for each child attending PAMS. If you haven't already done so, please become a member today and join for every PAMS student in your home.

Additionally, we are initiating a STRESS FREE FUND RAISER. For those who would like to participate it’s really simple; we are asking that each participant donate $20.00 and that will complete the PTA fund raising activity. It is a quick and simple way to help the PTA meet its fund raising goal. If we are unable to raise our target goal through the STRESS FREE FUND RAISER, we will have additional opportunities for more traditional fund raising activities throughout the school year.

We are actively seeking new ideas and increased participation in our PTA.  The PTA meetings are held in the school’s library on the second TUESDAY of every month at 5:30 and are open to EVERYONE.  Please join us!
